Loud screeching sounds above you, probably the pterodactyl-creature things. Luckily, they don't go past the tree-line, and it seems you're safe... for now. You start to walk in the direction of the tree, and you can hear the sounds of the forest around you. You suddenly feel something watching you, and uneasiness crawls down your spine. You turn around, but you don't see anything suspicious...
Fenn seemingly doesn't notice, still too caught up in his myths. However, the shadowing figure is still there, and it's starting to flicker wildly. Wind whips through the hut, and Fenn finally seems to notice something's wrong. He turns back and shrieks in horror, because the shadowy figure grew larger and the beach is similar to how it looked when you first got here.
"W-what is happening!"
He wails, and the sylesti by your feet are barking violently. The wind grows louder, it takes up all of your senses, until it suddenly disappears. And you're at a new place.
What do you do?
Unknown/Unknown/Unknown
"Well," I say, "That was kind of interesting. No, I don't know what happened." I look around at the new place.

Meh
I continue walking, but slower, in case I bump into something

I move a bit faster, hoping that my choice to stay under the canopy of leaves was the safer one.

The creature looks down at it doubtfully, then back up to you. Slowly, it reaches with its claws, picking up the food, then yanking it back to its side. It studies the food in its hand thoroughly, before finally lifting up its skull mask an inch and stuffing the food in its mouth. You can hear crunching and slurping sounds as the creature eats the food. You wait for something to happen, and finally the creature lets a sound that sounds suspiciously like a purr. It climbs back over the wall, and gives you one last glance before it leaps on to the other side.

As you look around you can see sand.
Just sand.
The sun beats down on your back, and you realize you're in some sort of desert. No trace of a shadowy figure, or anything else for that matter. You hope Fenn is okay back at the beach.
A low rumble sounds beneath your feet, and you jolt as something under you moves. Sand is shifting and getting into your face as its disturbed. A bellow, louder than before, rings in your ears as you start you rise.
What should you do?

I follow the creature.
(I won't be able to reply for awhile since my iPad broke, I'm using my dad's phone right now, but I won't be able to in the future, so sorry)

"I... think I'm alright... the name just doesn't sit with me well and I don't know why... but I should be okay."

.
Uh-oh. I quickly move backwards out of the way, still keeping an eye on it, as far back as I can get.

I attempt to crawl through the hole.
