I remember how few fabled cata I found last fest and I wont be able to play anywhere near the amount of time I did last fest. The thing about building snowmen was that at least I felt like I was making some sort of progress when I would kill a named and get nothing but snowmen bits. Now I dont even get that. I want some of the avi items, but I am one of those people who needs to see something when I kill a named otherwise I get bored with the grind very quickly. It is a shame that my favorite fest is now going to be my least favorite one, thanks to being forced to play snow wars if I want a random cata from the daily tasks.

A good source of Fabled/Majestic Frost Essences would be from the Winter Wonderland. If you end up with Frost Tokens to throw at it - or obviously Gold or Diamonds.

But, as I said, I intend to try and tweak things and such.

there was a coding mistake with the luff bunnies X'D so they where like real bunny's if you don't be carefull X'D all of a suden there where a lot of them ^^

I'm getting a Lemming Luffox, a Cherry Truffle Puffadore, a Desolate Tundra Draeyl, a Frosted Blossom Draeyl and a Frosty Witch Draeyl and an Emperor Penguin Aeridini identified but not yet showing in sculpting.

As for diamonds, I threw a C note at you. I'm fine.

No offence, but the themed pets this time around look pretty lame. A lot of them don't look wintery at all, which wouldn't be a huge problem if they looked good. A lot of them are neither. My designs were a lot better, and I swear I'm not saying this just because they're mine lol. Like, I'd be perfectly happy if the themed pets looked a lot like my designs yet weren't actually designed by me.

Oh well, I guess there's a disconnect between how I see winter and how the admins and other players do. Although I am a new player, so I suppose there might've been better looking themeds in previous winter festivals. It's understandable if you wanted to change it up and pick designs that look distinct from previous winter themeds.

I noticed something else a little different. I had a stack of 251 frost tokens. Normally, when I don't plan to participate in a festival, I put those tokens on the broker, but this time they weren't tradeable so I had to use them. I browsed this thread to see if any mention of this change was made, but it seems not (I used firefox's search feature to look for every time the word "token" appeared.)

Those would have come from the Advent Calendar.

do you think you could check the brew mat drops? i havent found any jewels or glitter, not even from ww. some others said they havent found jewels too

Are you referring to the Festival Zone?

Frosty Jewels, Frosty Glitter, and Frosty Coating do not drop from there.

In order to try and keep balance after making the changes to Token reimbursement, those were removed and it's now expected that players purchase them w/ Tokens or earn them randomly from the other features, like Winter Wonderland.

With Token reimbursement, players would be holding onto hundreds of thousands of Tokens at the end of a Festival. With no more reimbursement, loot distribution had to be redone in order to prevent everything becoming value-less and way too common.

The Fall Festival was changed in the same way.
