The two of you make it into the cell, not a moment too soon. As soon as you close the door, armoured guards start pouring down the stairs. These people were tall, buff, and nearly had to stoop from the low ceiling of the dungeon. The woman from before was also here, leading the bunch, and it almost looked weird, a small lady yelling orders at a bunch of bumbling knights, telling them to straighten up. They began to check each cell from the beginning, and since you two were in a cell down the line, you guys probably have a minute or two before they get to you.

I silently bury myself in the hay. I motion to Matty to get in before I completely submerge myself. After I am completely covered, I listen closely for the guards and the woman. I try and breathe silently.

There is no need for repayment, for I have done what I am supposed to do. She bowed her head at you. Venture forth; do not be scared. Find your own story. She extended a hand towards you, and you saw something glimmer in it. A silver heart-locket. This is yours.

I too bury myself into the hay, burrowing down as much into the hay as I can. I put a finger to my lips, making a motion for silence. I prick my ears a bit, trying to hear what I can, as I am part cat I hope to have a bit of enhanced hearing like cat. I make sure to keep my tail curled around my legs as to keep it from showing above the hay.

She took the silver locket and fiddled with it in her hands, rubbing her fingers along the chain nervously. She then dipped her head, "Okay. T-Thank you.. I would surely be dead without your kindness. If we ever meet again, I hope I can give something of worth to you as gratitude." she smiled gently

I stay buried and continue listening while making sure my tail, claws, and ears are hidden. I try and stay relaxed but I am very tense anyways.

I try to look through the hay without moving, tense and ready for action if someone enters the cell. I keep listening hoping we are able to stay safe.

There is nothing greater than if you can make it to the end of this little 'Game'. The woman laughed lightly. That will be enough of worth to me that indicates I did not make the wrong choice saving you. She made a shooing motion. Time moves, April. Continue on your journey.

Your Watcher giggled a little, picked up Diana, and flounced out the kitchen. The lady looked more at ease when your Watcher left.

Mat tries to look through the hay and succeeds to an extent, seeing bits of what was happening outside through the strands of hay. Turns out the knights and woman had fallen silent, not moving around, and all they did was turn their heads to look around, as if looking for something. Or waiting for something.
