"**How to split stacks/CoD items**
You can split stacks by holding the shift key down, clicking on an item and clicking into an empty inventory slot. (This doesn't work unless you have a shift key.) It's best to CoD, or cash on delivery, as the broker charges a transaction fee. To CoD, click on an item to highlight it and then select the envelope with the green arrow at the bottom of your inventory. You'll then get a pop up menu that will let you enter in a name and a CoD amount."

Using the trade broker incurs a transaction fee, so you wouldn't get the full 20k by setting it up there. I posted the short guide from the first post on how to CoD an item.
