I quite like this design but I feel like the traits get a little murky and could some color changes, perhaps adding some lighter pops like you have on the wings could really help. It is a substantial design as is but I think you could work that bright green in either on the tail or body somewhere.

I quite like this design and I think it works as is, if your looking for critiques though I suggest adding in a color to pop and stand out somewhere, that's a trick I use in a lot of my designs, having similar colors with one more/less saturated color that stands out quite a bit. It gives the eye something to draw to and can really help a design stand out.
