The Empress and her severants were already there, setting up tables for those who did not wish to hunt.
Gallagher stopped walking when they reached the grounds.

May take me a bit to respond since I'm trying to catch up to other pings, but I'll have a post up in a bit.
Have this in the interim since I finally got a ref made for Lowell's new wolf form (base lineart is from a base bc I can't draw wolves, but everything else coloration wise is mine.)
And I had no idea how ridiculous he would come out, god.)

Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, the Grand Duke was also in attendance. He seemed to be talking with the Empress about something.
Gallaghers eyes narrowed at him, clearly ready to cut him down when the chance arose.
