I'm new. I found a egg. What I do with it

The egg will be in your hatchery, and will hatch when it reaches 72hours in maturity. You can tell how many hours are left by going to the pet profile page, and at the bottom, there's a bar with __/72. That will be it's current maturity.

When it reaches 72, the egg will be ready to hatch. You can choose to help the egg hatch (it's health will increase), or let the egg hatch by itself (a random stat will increase), or use a philter on the egg (increase the stat/s by the amount stated by the philter).

If you nurture the egg, it'll hatch faster. Every 5 nurtures increases the maturity by 1. When you nurture correctly, you'll get scales, which you can use to buy dyes, philters, and pets from the scale shop.
