(porky xD)
She continued shooting arrows into the legs, and she could see the effects beginning to take its toll on the boars front left leg.
The boar roared once more, its movements a bit hindered from its front left leg beginning to go numb.

Giselle
Not to be bested, Giselle attempted to pierce the stumbling beast through the side of its other flank, centering the wind magic into the vibrating tip of it to ease the effort.
Lowell
Lowell slipped away into the shrubs at this point as he managed to snap himself out of it, trying to keep himself out of sight of the Empress or any others nearby.

Contrary to its face, the rest of the body was quite pierceable but still tough. And the sword went through like a dull axe chopping wood. The beast growled lowly, his balance completely off as the Empress managed to numb its front right leg.
And...Gallagher was still watching from the trees.

Giselle
She pulled the rapier out with some effort before going in for another stab, a bit lower on the leg and out of the way of its tusks. She hoped to bring it to the ground by taking down its other leg, but she was definitely feeling a little under-prepared here.
Lowell
Lowell signaled to Gallagher, inquiring about the surroundings and location of the Grand Duke while this was going on.

The boar screeched(ooh~ who knew?) in pain and slammed it's tusks down on the ground where she was, just barely missing the Marchioness by a hair.
Gallagher lowered himself down from the tree. " ...I haven't seen any sign of him. Yet. " He said quietly. It was suspicious. After all, this would be a perfect time to take down the Empress, with her being distracted and all.

Lowell
Lowell too was growing suspicious. In fact, nothing here seemed out of the ordinary.
Had they gotten bad information?
It was a possibility.. But not one he intended to dwell on.
"Keep an eye out."
He turned his focus back on Giselle who had slipped out of the way of the boar.
Giselle
"Have to be faster than that, you overgrown ham."
She freed her rapier from the pig's leg, watching the thing limb for just a minute. She wasn't able to get another opening on it yet, the way it was trying to swing its tusks around.

It slammed the ground again, rather the aiming for her, was looking to catch her off balance. Because the ground shook when it was slammed, similar to how it would in a minor earthquake. Not deathly, but enough to knock you off your feet.
Gallagher nodded and went back up into the trees, scanning around them. There were no suspicious movements, not yet, anyway.

Giselle
Giselle definitely stumbled backwards onto her butt at this, her rapier dropping out of her hands.

The boar rushed towards her, roaring loudly with his tusks prepared to stab her. Then there's suddenly a glow and loud crash as a large wall made completely out of ice appears in front of the Marchioness, stopping the boar in his tracks as he slams face first into the wall, his tusks lodged in the frozen material.

Giselle
She got to her feet, taking a glance back at who just saved her life.
