My inspiration was diamonds. They make me think of the commercialism surrounding Valentine's day with the push towards marriages and proposals for the holiday of love. So that lead me to these Griffi. Diamonds are called "ice" so I tried to make the iciest looking blue I could that still looked good. The gold is for the bands for rings and chains for necklaces.
