Whoa, and the chestplate looks all screwy, too! The thickness of the different segments is weird, and the perspective looks off compared to the old version...
About the pearl armor, there are 3 bands coming off the chest piece. The center piece is thick which goes to the throat, and the two side bands are thinner bands going over the shoulder/neck area. That's the different thickness you are seeing there. ^^
About the tail piece, the pearl armor is going around the tail within all the fluff. You might be able to see where it goes into the fur a bit better on lighter colored fur.

Well, it depends how the carries came through, I guess. Her parents have 7 and 9 trait points, respectively. I'm holding off on regenerating the dozens of project pets until I figure out what traits I'm going with for the final 6 vis project...
