At this time, they won't be made Tradeable. There's no way to take items out of Seeking atm.

And I don't think it would be necessary to create actual items for them to drop as it still would make more sense if Tools just dropped in their place.

They should be much easier to obtain after the change... so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

We use a conversion rate of 3,000 gold per Diamond when adding options for both.
