Sage is already drenched in sweat and complaining about his poor feet after only 2 hours of walking. Apparently he must have even annoyed his own sylesti who just jumped up to walk with you. After around 4 hours of walking, due to you easily being bribed, you see a rustle in the bushes. A tree house is next to the rustled area in the bushes. Before you can react, Sage's sylesti attacks the rustle.

What do you do?

I try to convince Sage's sylesti to let the poor thing go, deciding that I'd rather go look at the treehouse.

Cabin doesn't look very safe. I narrow my eyes at it giving it a glare. As if telling it 'You can kiss my ass'. Although that didn't really matter. I narrowed my line of sight down to the boulders. I guess I'll head there.

Redfix hasn't been on/answering - Should I ping you until she's back? Ik she said her wifi is out :/

The puffadore seems to enjoy the idea of being let out of the maw of a fearsome sylesti. It yips what seems to be a small warning though, that there may be sylestis in the tree house before darting around you several times. It seems to want to accompany you.


What do you do?

The boulders a pitch black, so any other color stands out from it. There are a few small flowers that have grown there, but it appears there is no one to take care of them. It looks kind of lived in. You can hear foot steps in the distance.

The forest is pretty, it filters some light through the leaves, yet gives off an ominous glow of sorts. It looks mundane, yet something seems off. There is the occasional crinckle of the leaves, the occasional howl of a wolf, and sometimes the silence is broken by the screech of a dying creature. There are no paths in this forest, so you must forge your own. Good luck. You can really head in any direction, or set up a camp here and explore. Do anything really, just don't get caught by the horrors that lurk beneath the surface of normality.
