Is there any possibility we could get midnight solar eclipse events? For people like me who are in school from 8-5 (because of bus) I can't make any of the events except on weekends, having it at midnight or maybe 11/10:30 would be nice ^^

This is an opinion from a student, and also a Sylestian who lives in the West Coast.

We would absolutely love eclipse events after 4 pm server time. This is 2 pm for us, and we are usually not able to participate in all of the weekday events, unless we have a schedule change or hop onto mobile during class, etc.
Even with the 8 am event, it is 6 am for us, so we are often getting ready to school.

Yes, we are usually able to participate on weekend events, although we do have some things to do on weekends as well, such as going out on a trip, rushing self to finish many school assignments, or participating in drama, band, or a sports club activity, as I am doing.

So, we would highly appreciate if there were 8 pm and midnight server time events as well.

Voicing my opinion in hopes that we can get added Solar Eclipse events. I just started a job and am training 9-10hrs a day... 9am to 7pm EST. I am also working thru most weekends (yes, lots of overtime!). I am missing most of the times. Please, would you consider adding more times? I realize that it is "Solar" and that the other times wouldn't coincide with the sun being up.

For the feedback about Solar Eclipse Events, I think I am probably going to have them cycle to various times each week.

So like, I'll have special ones run again this weekend like last weekend and then next Mon-Fri, they will be at different times of the day than they have been this current week.

will we get to choose the genes for the sand sculpting or will they be random unless certain slots were chosen?

They are random.

And if a slot is set, the trait selected from that slot will be random as well.

There will be 5 Special Solar Eclipse Events through today and tomorrow at the following times:

9/9 at 12pm
9/9 at 6pm
9/10 at 6am
9/10 at 12pm
9/10 at 6pm

These events will last for 20 minutes instead of 15. Additionally, Solar Eclipse Themed Pets will have an increased chance of spawning compared to the normal versions of the event.

On a side note, Solar Eclipse Kelpari will be disabled during these events in order to try and balance out the amount of Themed. Kelpari were bugged early on which created quite a count discrepancy. Once the other Themes have caught up to the Kelpari count, they'll be re-enabled.

After Sunday, the Solar Eclipse event will probably be knocked down to just two normal runs a day - times to be determined - until next weekend.

Lastly, the 2nd Round of Leaderboard Contests begin today at 12pm. They will last through Wednesday, 9/13.
