You see another girl shying away from the group. Almost everyone else in your group had partnered up. The only other three were the girl who shied away, a very muscular mean looking boy, and another girl who seemed more interested in her hair than anything else.
Iist's eyes lingered on the muscular boy. "Oooh, do you think he'll help us get through this training?" she whispered to the white cat on her shoulder, giggling to herself. She turned to the girl who shied away from the group, feeling sympathy for her. "Ahh, she seems like she might need help too. I don't like being that odd-one-out, do you?" She scratched the kitten on her shoulder under its chin.
She walked over to the girl and offered her hand. "Wanna be partners?"

The girl smiled and nodded. "Hello, I am Fifer." she said, her voice sounded like an organ. "I can show you how to do things around here." She ran over and got a paper from the instructor and handed it to List. "We work together to train our skills, and then we battle a someone in a level higher than ours." she explained.

lark nodded and her hair glowed slightly as she took up her sword again and whispered a few words, drawing out the shape of what she guessed the ribcages would look like. She closed her eyes then reopened them with excitement in them.
