The last thing you remember seeing was a bright light, golden and warm, like a soft comforting light that seemed to Numb your mind. However when you opened your eyes the world was not how you remembered it, no elaborate buildings, no flashing lights or any of that. Instead what surrounded you was a wasteland of what used to be your home.... one of the seven kingdoms in Rodina....

You could hear the birds and other animals around you, just barely over your splitting headache. Your clothes were tattered and dirty as you examined yourself but you seemed perfectly healthy..... with no other living beings in sight



I groan and roll over, it's too bright, and lay face down, breathing in the smell of the earth. After a little while, I slowly drag myself my to feet, and smooth out my clothes. I stand up and rock a little bit, a little dizzy. I examine my surroundings.

I then head away from the ruins of the kingdom. I don't want to think about what happened to everyone else

As you walk the streats are silent, but near the edge of town there is a boy picking at and old and rusty lock on a door.

I approach him a little cautiously, and ask what he's up to

he didn't look at you and just kept picking the lock on the door " this is the last locked house in this old ruined town.. and then its to the castle" he said blandly

I see, I say. Not really seeing. I look around again, and stick my hands in my pockets. I ask: What happened to the people here? The kingdom?

"this place has been trashed for the past 100 years if legend is right" he said the lock finally popping open " Bingo" he smirked opening the door
