there is. each one of you has a locker there with designated gym clothes and a towel.
She hopped on one and started off slow, mostly so she could watch the guards.

there were guards around the room some were chatting with each other but most stood silently watching the creatures exercise. Every once in a while they'd go up to a creature and tell them to switch exercises you weren't allowed to work on a certain machine or workout for too long, lest you actually grow stronger.
