Oh I just kill them
It used to be pretty... nasty... *reflects back on past errors in oc death* but anymore it's to
-move the story along
-cause emotional tension
and
-introduce characters like Larkyn and their relation to other characters
It's a fun time O-o

It heals when the person who has the power allies or likes or is close to someone but poisons if the person isnt connected to the other in some way.
It's very awkaard

Hmm, well they saved Cobalt from getting executed but he got died in the melee when they were trying to save him xD Myra was sad and Phoenix was like "Okay, we saved him and he died, if we didn't save he also would've died."
Marshall got betrayed by Leah and promptly got stabbed. Curse you Leah.
Sky bought time for Riversong and the rest to escape the hunters... and died. Everyone was sad.
Plot twist: Rachelle is actually evil and kills Dominic and also cripples/tortures Jai, so yeaaaa
Darya died because... because.
Argento was defending Rea from someone and died. Rea was sad.
Whoops, I'm spoiling everything.
Also, I have, like, no writing strategy or plot thingies, I just yeet whatever comes to mind onto paper

I won't spoil my own works, but I used to have a different story where people kept on just being on the verge of dying a gruesome death and then were left to even more gruesomely die slowly and painfully O-o I was apparently a disturbed child-
But now I try to keep it simple-
