(Alright, to catch you up.
Basically, Salvation Silence got their hands on a radioactive shard of something important to their objective. They are making their retreat back to the base. Rei is returning to the plaza to regather the rest of her gang.
I think that's the best way to simplify it. I'm basically stuck waiting on people to respond, so nothing has really happened.)

"Alright, I'm getting bored of this place," he said looking at Ly. "I'm gonna head over to the Residential Area and hide in an alley and think. Think you can defend yourself while I'm gone?" Already knowing the answer, he began walking to the resident area. (Still open)
Lyla Sky Location: Plaza
Ly watched as Lunar walked away, towards the general direction of the Resident area. She closed her notebook and looked around. Where are you, SS? She began to wander around, looking for an SS member to talk to and maybe ask for cupcakes. She also wanted to share some of the things she's gathered about people in the plaza, but she didn't think anyone would be interested. (Open, pinged SS members)

She was getting better, she thought, and the rain was starting to dissipate on its own. Nevertheless, she held on to Kiyo for support as he started away with her, her head filled with self-resentment.

"Ah, oh, right," he responded, his movements a little jerky as he spread the papers farther apart. Glancing up at the girl again, he smiled a little awkwardly, laughing a bit. "I wasn't expecting rain today," Liam started, still unnerved.

(none of mine are in the area, and both DeHaro and Miko are stuck so I'm breaking my own personal rule with a character to throw one out there.

Yuuko had originally not planned on leaving the station today for much, but as the lunch hour came around and DeHaro still hadn't made his way back, he figured he'd make an exception.
He had parked his car just outside the street to the park and residential area and slipped on his sunglasses, checking texts on his phone.
Still nothing.
Damn it, DeHaro.
Well, nothing to do but lunch then. He figured he might get lucky and end up with his hands on some info anyways. Looked like the place was pretty busy.

Ly froze, seeing yet another officer enter the plaza, right onto her path of searching. Crap, now what? She grabbed her dagger's handle in her pocket, keeping it in the pocket, and kept looking at the officer. Taking a deep breath, she forced herself into a more calmer emotion. She wanted to do everything in her power to hurt him, but she didn't want everyone to see her using her powers on him. Especially not with the other officers...
