You walk back down the street again. Lish and the brunnette have lef their tree, the girls are still dancing, and Mower Boy is glaring at his mower and watching a video on how to unjam a mower on his phone.

The park is emptier now with the heat of the day setting in. There are several bushes along the pathways.

You hear a small rustle, but nothing else.

"You might want to step ba-" A girl's voice behind you starts to say before a paw reaches out form the bush and knocks over the milk, splattering you. "-ack." The voice sighs. "Not again...."

Turnign around, you see a girl with strawberry blonde hair held back by a pink headband and dressed in jeans and a fuax tie-dye flower shift. "My brothers have been trying to get that cat to come out for weeks. She's the reason why there are so many feral cats in the area. And she hates milk for some reason."

He girl looks at you incredulously. "You havent thought about where cats come from? Shes the mother of pretty much every other cat in the area. No ones been able to catch her."

The milk is starting to dry on your shoes, socks, and legs (idkbif ur wearing pants or shorts lol).

"No. She occassionqlly holes up on be library roof, or messes with people in the area." The girl shrugs. "Oh, by the way, my name is Nani." She introduces. "You're the guy who moved in across the street, right?"

"Its short for Nanita. Thoguh it does make sense wih my situation.....oh w.. "ell." Nani doesnt seme too fazed by the remark on her name.

She picks up the bowl and dusts it off before handing it back to you. "You should probably go and clean up. It's hot and you're starting to smell of sour milk."
