You go inside to see most of the tribe has gathered. Chaiden starts speaking he seems uncomfortable talking to so many people and for so long "Vixen can't make it. she's taking care of Wolf so I'll be speaking for the both of us. and Quetina has...her own reasons for not being here. we are going to discuss what we should do about the black soot that has been popping up everywhere"

Someone suggests maybe sending out a party of four or five to try and find the soots origins k

"We should map out where we find soot in our territory first and that way we could get a better idea of where the origin is. Once we have a map set out, we can get a better idea of where to scout and if we need to possibly confront any of the other tribes." Ursa pitches in, hoping to get a solid plan before heading out into the area without an idea.

Ursa nods her head, "Someone grab me a map and I'll mark down the areas I know of. If anyone has seen soot anywhere other than what I've seen, they can come up and note it down."

A couple other people mark some areas and you notice that it seems to be concentrated near the mountain pass

Ursa concentrates on the areas, thinking of the possible attackers it could come from. "Good, thank you, everyone. Now does anyone have any extra information they would like to share before we set out patrols?" She looks around the crowd, looking for any volunteers of information.
