Just a place for me to dump my art -_-
Enjoy! Consecutive criticism appreciated.
All my digital stuff was done with Krita, wanted to mention that for whatever reason

2024-(aka when I got my drawing tablet)

January (mostly guessing the dates on most of these because I don't date anything)

oof. This is one of the first drawings I completed with my tablet, and looking back it's....definitely something. I didn't have much experience drawing people at this point, and while it's not the worst, per say, I've definitely improved since this.

I actually still really like this one! (probably because I traced the hair, lol) This was one of my many "I struggle with lineart and what I want to do with my lineart" drawings, but I'd say it turned out all right.

February

This was a fun one, for sure. and she actually has ears, but also seems to be lacking a chin -_- I don't really have much to say on this one.

Ahh more lineart struggles :'D I also went through a stage where I like to outline everything for some reason

March, I think

I finally found a lineart brush! I really enjoyed this piece, and really liked the shading on the hair, for some reason (it looks kinda weird but it's fine) Though it also has what I call "Escaping Eye Syndrome"

One of my first fullbodies, based on a traditional sketch I did. I don't hate it, but the proportions are a bit wonky

April

I struggled a lot with this one. It was supposed to be at an angle, but that wasn't working out so I basically just tilted the image and added some stuff. I still don't love it, but it's not the worst, I guess

Halfbody! Pretty happy with this, I dunno why it's just a box floating on the canvas though lol

May

Oml i love this character so much, nothing more to say

Meh, this one's okay, and it did teach me a valuable lesson- I hate drawing clothes.

I honestly am really happy with the pose of this one, and significantly less happy with the feet. I ended up looking through a ton of references and still could not get them ToT

Stoked about how this came out. Especially love the sleeves on the shirt for whatever reason, this made me hate drawing clothes a little less :)
The silhouettes in the background do look a little funky, and I have no idea why she's holding an egg, but otherwise I'm very happy with this one

I think this looks cool! Adding rim-light to you character or maybe a glowing effect behind her (or maybe from the egg:p) would help her stand out, and also add to the mood of your piece! Sometimes adding some dramatic lighting can make a big difference! Again good job :) I like the pattern on her vest too!

It's been a lil while since I posted, so here's some more stuff! I've been trying to watch more art videos and learn more of concepts about art, so here's some things I did the other day:

I don't know why she's melting, but it looks kinda cool so there's that

I honestly am really happy with this, I think it turned out nice

More stuffs: (June 2024 edition)
Commission for Crescarosa

I'm quite happy with this. This was an super fun character to draw, and I finally figured out how to put referance images in Krita, which was incredibly helpful

I wasn't super motivated while doing this, and I definitely don't think it's my best work.

I had a lot of fun with this one, and I think it turned out quite nice! I do think the shawl-thingy looks a little odd, but I still like it.

I like this one a lot, though it is very much tilted to one side and I regret not flipping the canvas more :')

Art Dump: July Edition

:0 a hand that actually looks like a hand? wow wow wow. Don't know what's going on with that sleeve, though

I had a ton of fun designing this outfit, ngl

Also quite fun to design

Made as a result of me procrastinating what I had to do

Commision for @Draculina
I think this turned out quite cute, though I had a hard time deciding on a pose to do
