Hi, um, met pet Kin has reached level 60, and it seems as if he isn't going to level up anymore because his level up bar(?, I guess you call it) has gone over and it doesn't seem as if it's going to go to the next level... So what does this mean? Can he just not level up anymore? And if he can't, then what about Proficiency points? How can I earn more of those if he isn't going to level up? Please let me know what's going on.

The level cap at the moment is level 60, when a new area is opened you will be able to level up your pets again.
