I have a few in my inventory, but when I click "use item" a window pops up saying there is an error and I need to refresh the page. When I do and try again, the same message pops up. What are they for? And how do I use them, if I can?

Frost tokens can be used to buy items from the holiday shop. However, the holiday shop isn't available yet, so that's why you can't use the tokens right now. ^^
