Hello, I was browsing through the avatar items and found the frostbite set. Really like them but I'm sure I haven't seen them in there before. Might this be the new set? Since the festival currency is frost tokens? *confused*

You get them from battlign the Named in teh festival zone (who appear by the large houses). Only the Named, whow ear the outfits, can drop them, not the Dark Spectre. When youd efeat them, there is a chance they will drop one of the items (but they wont always.)
