So I know how the normal bbcode works for links (aka just [url ] link [/ url] without spaces, and also [url = link ] words [/ url] also without spaces), but for some reason the latter doesn't seem to be working for me specifically on the About Me page.

I even copy-pasted a working link (with the same exact bbcode) from a forum post into the About Me, and it suddenly doesn't work anymore.

Is there a special way to do this in the About Me section? I've seen other people link to their friends in their About Me sections, so I'm just wondering why can't I do this too...?
What are the forbidden link secrets?

profiles use the same setup as the PM system, which for whatever reason is different from the forums
This means that you can type up your profile + use the quick tag buttons + preview it in the Compose section of the inbox

But for Url and Image links:
[urllink = link][/urllink]
[imglink = link ][/imglink]

Oh wow, I didn't even know there was a different system for PMs. (that is kinda weird that it's different, huh...)
