Hi! I am in Stage 5 of The LG and have unlocked Trading post, Forge, and Temple of Light.
So I have:
You have found some materials: Enigmatic Shard x1 (180)!
But in the forge it says I have none, and thus, can't craft.
What am I doing wrong? How do I get the shards to the forge?
Forge needs Crystals, not shards.
That gives me another question. How do I get the shards then? Do I need to move on to the next stage?
*Edit again* Answered, thank you! I do need to move to the next stage for the crystals.

Do you have a screenshot of the crafting page? Whatever you're crafting may be asking for Enigmatic Crystals instead of Shards.

Ah, I see. The Forge does require Cyrstals and not Shards. That gives me another question. How do I get the shards then? Do I need to move on to the next stage?

Yes, at Stage 6 you'll be able to start gathering Enigmatic Crystals from boss encounters (Elites and Named enemies).
