Will anyone tell me what the Task Log is under the Explore Tab ? Is it for festivals and stuff or ?

The Task Log is where Quests/Tasks that you get from Ethernia (I believe that is the correct place, someone correct me if it isnt) go. It can tell you your progress or if you're done or not!

Yup any tasks from the third region (not including the lost grove) go in the task log. The quest log is for quests in the first two regions and the lost grove and festivals have different places foe their quest lists as well.
