They continue behind the woman's house, where a few targets have been set up in front of empty hills. In addition, a table stands nearby, provided so that Alexis has a place to lay her plans. Much further is a pit, for any inventions which make use of fire or explosives.

She stared in shock and joy, smiling.

Kavaratti gives Alexis a small nudge and an encouraging nod, the corner of his lips lifting at the joy in her expression.

She smiled happily at him before continuing forward.

The woman takes a look at Alexis's presentation before her expression morphs into pleasant surprise. "I'm sure the others will be quite interested in these," she says, hand idly tapping against her chin. "You'll have to create your own tools since we don't have most of them in the village and gather any dragon scraps yourself, but I'll see about procuring you the rest of the materials you need."

She looks up, a warm smile on her face. "This will be the first time we've had a resident inventor, but if you can make even one of these a reality, then I'm sure you won't have trouble convincing the people. Who knows, you may even inspire some of the children to follow in your footsteps."

Right now, the woman is looking at Alexis blueprints for village improvements - heated baths, emergency bunkers for dragon attacks, armories, improved houses, and more. Theyre all super complicated but also easy to build. Theyre super impressive and would give the village a massive boost in technology compared to other villages.

Alexis blinked before beaming and tearing up. *. . . Thank you.* she whispered, overjoyed.

Kavaratti watches the proceedings from the background, hands in his pockets. Seeing Alexis beginning to tear up, he leans over. "Now you have to put them into action," he says. "It's still morning, so how about we get working hm? Are you beginning with the tools or one of these plans?"

She smiled and wiped her eyes before looking over. *the tools. I could use them to give to the locals, and I can make some construction tools I had in mind for building.*

"Mm, in that case, you can take some materials from the storage shed," the elder says. "I'll tell the others when I meet them later today."

Kavaratti nods at this. "I'll show you the way over," he tells Alexis.

Alexis smiled and nodded at Kavaratti before lowering her head in respect to the Elder. *thank you for this chance. You wont regret it.*
