Hello everyone!
I'm stumbling around in the Lost Grove for quite a while now and I'm trying to get a specific item which simply doesn't drop from the enemies it should drop from.
Since it is possible to turn in items to get Lost Grove Tokens from them, is there items you can safely turn in without regretting it later?
Wouldn't want to - lets say - turn in Gold Ore and need it for something else just a day later.
(I know that the ores can be forget into ingots later, so that's for sure nothing I will turn in for Tokens)

I dont believe any of the materials are completely useless, since they have to have a purpose for existing, but what I do is exchange items Im about to max on for tokens (cough spritely branches cough). You probably only want to exchange a third, a half, etc. from your stockpile of that particular item, though, so youll still have some leftover in case you ever require them :)
If I might ask, which item are you needing?

I tend to turn in a lot of the sylesti drops since they're used for upping the encounter rate of their respective species and that doesn't matter much to me. I believe there is a guide on LG items that includes what each item is used for, so maybe you could check that out and see what you need to prioritize for the future?

That's what I was thinking, yeah... I've had a little hope that some items are just needed once and never again. XD
Heavy Ent Branches. The elites and the boss just don't want to give me any at all. Got nearly everything else for the blacksmith but the ents just hate me :')

we have a guide to lost grove items here
The first post lists what each item is for, and subsequent sections have more detail for their respective items.
Generally, I just trade in items that are getting close to their cap if I don't have plans to use any in the near future, since if they cap out then any more that you get just vanish into oblivion.

Ah, I probably didn't see that item guide, otherwise I wouldn'tve asked. :')
Time to snoop through the forum for that one.
Asking myself how it was possible to _not_ see that guide when looking through the guides...
It's literally named LG Items. Sorry.
But the specific sylesti item tip is a good one, since I don't want to search for some of them anyway.

Thank you very much, I must've been blind.
I don't think that I've ever been close to a cap, but that for sure is a good tip too!

I'm actually about to max out on heavy ent branches, since I believe they're used for making avatar items (?) and not much else. And good luck on the blacksmith, it is definitely (probably) worth it! (though once you do get the blacksmith, there's more grinding/running around like a headless chicken to do yaaay) :D

I do need Iron Ingots at this point of my progress, so I can't continue without getting the blacksmith x))
Will be definitely worth it :'D
(I'm fine with grinding as long as it doesn't rely on one type of enemy which does only spawn every 4-6h XDD)
