Tom's Monday Check In

eyyy guess who remembered what day it is for once

also for once I've had an awfully exciting week to update y'all on, emphasis on awful

I feel like crap I've been working every day for the past seven (and I have to go in again today) on top of going to school so that's fun. I was only scheduled for four days last week, too ;-;
*tuesday*
cowork: hey tom, could you fill in for me, I got a thing
tom: yeah sure
*friday*
different cowork: heyy tom, could you take my full shift on saturday
tom: ....yeah sure
tom: if anyone else asks this week I'm saying no
*saturday*
bossman: hey tom, m's not feeling well, could you come in tomorrow morning
tom: ......
bossman: you'll get to skip out on church~
tom: well damn if she doesn't know the right selling points
lol and the funny thing is most of the time I don't get out of going to church anyway b/c my family goes to 9.30 mass and my work opens at 11 on sundays I ask you again to kindly e n d m e

this is on top of having to walk everywhere (one of my classmates was kind enough to pick me up on the side of the road about halfway to school every day tho)

oof and one of my coworkers apparently likes me which is totally baffling
I, being a ******, decided to optimistically assume he was not-asking (since he never actually a s k e d a n y t h i n g) me on a friend date instead of a date date and came out as trans to him first
which,, y i k e s that was awkward lol b/c I think he thinks that's why I said no and I didn't even have a chance to do the I'm aroace and also a generally bad idea regardless talk which oops O H W E L L
thank higher beings for small mercies tho b/c he left work early that day and I didn't have to worry about brushing him off after (I never said yes to anything anyway, bro)

I don't even have time to try to get back on any of the murderboards for fest ;-; I mean, I guess I still have another shot at a ryo bab not bloody likely though

anywho that's how my life's been going and damn I am s o t i r e d

~ E's Weekly Update ~

- Okay, so. Turns out I was sick due to heavy malnutrition and now Hosuh is mad at me for not eating

- I'm really craving pie and just??? don't know why??

- I forgot what time was set for recording and I'm too lazy to ask

- I want to be a chicken nugget

- I made a tumblr and I feel like I'll regret that

Welp that was far worse and far more entertaining than my week/weekend

I spent my weekend listening to kids who think lincoln signed the declaration of independence and being paranoid of a bio test.

Lol my mom (sometimes dad too) always mean to go to first service at our church (20 min. away) b/c the second service ends at 1-

(Ok I need to explain stuff first)

My church is set up so
~we have an optional informalfriday vesper. Or you can attend one of the other events (youth vespers, jr high leadership if your in jr high, choirs, handbell choirs, etc)
~On saturday morning, you can go to the 9:15 service, whcih toes to 10:15. If you want. You can walk in at the end of it tho and it's also totaly fine XD My fam gieets there aorund 10 (we watch it live in the car)
~Sabbath school-10:30 to 11:30-ish (times vary depenidng on what's ahppening. People i nthe high school class: If you're hungry b/c we only have furits and juice, fee lfree to head to one of the other classes and go grab their leftovers, they will always beg you to take more. Trust me on this. *yeets tatortots*
~11;45-12;45: Second service. Most baptisms and deiications are here, plus ore folk music. My fam usually just heads to the other church at this time.

And then we might spend lunch hour (or part of it at another church where my mom cooks. And if ther'es a pathfinder meeting....well, it goes to 5 sometimes now.

And taht's how my day goes. Lovely. (Im not including if im doign greeting or band or something that day too...my momdoesn't like that she has to dorp me off at 8 XD)

And ust watch-we almost never get to church o ntime. Ever.
Good grief...


Ah well. As long as youre getting paid its all ogod right?
