i snicker at her, covering my hand with my mouth so no one sees and glancing around. "you shouldn't say stuff like that, you're going to make me inhale all the powder that guy put on my face" i say playfully. "you'd better not!" he warns, suddenly behind me. i jump, whirling around to see him behind me, arms crossed. "Gabriel is waiting, he wants all of you at the table as soon as you're finished dressing." he says, eying us up and down "seeing as you're already dressed, you should come with me" he orders, grabbing my wrist and dragging the both of us behind him.

he drags us down stairs step by painstaking step - heels and stairs are not known to mix well - and through the main entrance into a grand dining room with a massive wooden table that looks like it could sit a hundred people. the servant leads me and adelia with him, shoving me in the first seat to the right of the head of the table and adelia in the seat to my left, putting her second to the right of the head.

in front of us a set of fine diner ware made of gold, intricately sculpted gold silver ware lines a large golden plate whose rims depict images of the sun, moon and stars in the sky. the servant heads back up stairs, presumable looking for more people to collect after getting dressed. Gabriel is no where to be found, despite the servant claiming it to have been him who sent for us.

Adelia rubs her wrist indignantly. "Stair marathon in heels. Yaaay, that was fun."

"i think i snapped my ankle" i groan, rubbing the aforementioned joint. "this place is rather...extravagant, don't you think?" i ask, looking around at all the gilded things in the room with us. i pick up the goblet infront of me; a large golden thing with rubies inlaid in it the size of my thumb.

Lily had her door blocked with a dresser and locked and put her new clothes in the dresser and put the burn ones in the toilet before playing on her phone, she was very entertained and glad she wasn't going downstairs

as we talk, i hear the distinctive bang of a door being kicked open, and moments later lily is dragged down the stairs and pushed into the chair next to adelia, the phone snatched from her hands. "i'll let you explain to gabriel why you aren't dressed properly" he snaps, pocketing the phone "and you wont be getting this back until you learn to behave"

he turns, stalking off back up stairs to go bother the others into fine clothes, leaving us alone. "are you ok, lily?" i ask, leaning over to look at her. "well i guess that ruins our plans of calling for help" i mutter to myself. that still doesn't rule out running away, though. so long as we can get out.

Adelia huffs. "I suppose they herded you down here as well? Bother. At least you didn't have to wear THIS," She gestures to herself. "Although I will admit, I'm excited to see how much Firenze makes a fool of himself."

"Oh shut! up last time I checked you guys are the ones that are perfectly fine being treated like a dog" she growled "matthew still has his phone" she grumbled getting up "I'm not eating with these people they make me sick" she takes the knife off the table and heads back to her room, she was serious "I'm not a dog" she snapped at him and slammed her door again she this time moved her bed infront of it and was determined to stab whoever came threw it and she was, as a servant tried to open the door she stabbed there arm and snatching the knife back for whoever is next especially the one who thinks he can keep putting his hands on her And taking her property thief's wasn't her biggest interest either

"hey, don't talk about us like that!" i snap, rising to my feet in anger "we're all stuck in the same boat, and it so happens that i might have a plan, do you or don't you want to escape?" i question, crossing my arms.
