"look just because your parents don't care about you and we're your at is your fault so sit here and suck up to the old hag like you been doing you dog, oh maybe you want a pretty little collar with your name on it" she spat at them "and what if your little plan doesn't work? Are you just gonna sit here and play barbie all your life?yeah you probably are Because your soft" she snapped back, Matthew sat back and was satisfied the small lady had a big soul he insisted, yeah he wanted to calm her down but she did have a point we are basically dogs and that man is like our owner, he didn't know if he should calm her down

Adelia's eyes snap into focus, steely blue and absolutely murderous. "Perhaps you should consider that some of us here value the worth of our lives over impatience and rash attempts to rebel." She says quietly, her voice calm but filled to the brim with venom.

before i can stop myself, i lash out slapping her across the face so hard it sends her reeling so she has to catch herself on the table. i stare at her wide eyed for a second, before snapping out of it and stalking back up stairs, hurling insults as i go. how dare she speak badly of my parents!? by the way i just acted, they're probably spinning in their graves - they didn't raise a violent son. given the circumstances, however, i believe my actions were justified. biological or not, my parents are about the best parents a kid like i was could have asked for.

She growled under her breath, before stomping after him and grabbing him by his hair and slamming his head into the wall multiple times as hard as she can and wouldn't stop untill some servants came and grabbed her off of him once they saw blood and transferred her to another room and locked her inside, Matthew looked wide eyed at the whole situation

two servants drag me away from lily before i can retaliate, yanking me away. "fighting is not tolerated under any circumstances" the servant snaps, dragging me up to my room and shoving me inside, slamming the door shut behind me. fine, i didn't feel like eating anyways. i angrily shed the dress, trading it instead for some night clothes and tossing the necklace on a nearby table. stalking over to the sink i scrub my face until my skin is red.

She looks at the girl that opened her door and threw her phone one the bed, Lilly grabbed it before the girl began speaking "you will be required to apologize and work in the garden tomorrow for your fighting, you will not be allowed to tend any dinners for the few days because of your behavior you will not be able to talk to any of your friends that you came with until you know how to act your friend will be in trouble also for striking you first" she said giving her a pile of clothes and leaving

a few hours later, after dinner has come and go, there's a small knock on my door. the door swings open, revealing Gabriel, dressed up in a fine black suit with a red tie. i scowl at him, not moving from my spot on the bed. "i heard you got in a fight with someone" he says, closing the door behind him. "what does it matter to you?" i snarl, turning towards him, "it matters to me because i will not be having my guests getting into fights" he snaps, before taking a deep breath to calm himself. "tomorrow you will apologize to her, and there will be no more fighting or else your punishment will be more severe" he warns.

She washed up examining the cut along her cheek before wrapping in a towel and sitting on her bed, the lady waited till they finished to speak "I have talked to the girl and she has to apologize and work in the garden till she learns to behave bit sir....shes still very violent and aggressive what should we do with her?"

"for now she will receive no further punishment than those already afforded to her, report to me should she get in anymore trouble" he says, turning to leave. "and you, he turns to me "you will be going without food until tomorrow morning" he says, turning heel and exiting with the servant woman close behind him.

Adelia, once back in her room, lets out a resigned sigh, getting out of her fancy clothes and into a loose blue nightdress. "I can't believe....." She murmurs. "Heh. And I always thought I was the belligerent one, but in such a situation I look downright demure. Fighting? With one's fists?" For Adelia, physical fighting was reserved for getting mugged in an alleyway or Firenze trying to make a move on her. And not even so much for the first one.
