I think I understand how all this works now. I also realized I'm part of another My Hero Academia roleplay. Also, is it okay if my character has a water quirk too? I'm naturally drawn to the water element. If not, I can pick something else.

You might want to give her a bit more of a stable quirk, since her circumstances for activation are so extreme, it would be hard for her to train as a hero, i might suggest making her able to freely transform into that first form at will, but if negative/unfocused emotions take over her thoughts she would shift into the other one?

Mira can freeze water into ice, and hold/store ice without it melting. This comes in handy, as she can manipulate water as well.

Personality:
Mira is very clever and forgiving. She doesn't talk to many, and either has one very close friend or no friends at all. She seems very reserved, but if she warms up to you, she is very sweet and friendly. Generally, Mira is very introverted.

Her mother has an ice manipulation quirk, and her father has a water manipulation quirk, hence Mira's quirk. Her younger sister's quirk is Empathy.
