You hunt down Professor Snape in the dungeons and he seems less than excited to be interrupted by a first-year student. You explain your predicament and, though he seems to not like you, he's happy to help because he admires your ambition. After you make the potion, you thank Professor Snape and return to your dormitory. Though you wouldn't admit it, you liked making the potion with Snape and you learned a lot by working alongside him. When you get back to your room, you see that Aspen and the young bird were exactly as you left them and you feed the bird the potion that you made. The bird finishes it and jumps up with joy. You play with Aspen and the bird which you come to know as Shadow because it seems to be afraid of its own. You laugh and roll around having a great time hen one of the older students comes up to tell you that it's time for bed. You put Aspen in her cage and pull out your spare one for Shadow.
