Cerulean looks at the ground, thoughts racing through his head. . .

It occurred to him what that probably meant, but for now, he would stay silent. Then, when he wasn't in danger of death, he would investigate and exact justice.

"Yep. Anyways, you can go now if you want, just stay away from villages, okay? I... I have to look for someone."


My shoulders droop slightly, I had to admit I'd enjoyed the company...But I nod and go to grab my staff, it was probably for the best after all.

"Of course if you want to come, that would be nice?" he says with a hopeful note in his voice. "But... you proably have other things to do."

"So," says the woman, "What brings you here? If you hadn't noticed, there's been a lot of unrest recently. Attacks here and there, and everyone's blaming it on each other. This isn't the first that's happened."

Cerulean drops the squirrel and lays his head on it, then rises to point at the fire.

I was hunting and saw the big light-boom. Was curious, so I came.

He tilts his head as if he expects to hear the cause of the fire.

"Are you sure? It could be dangerous. Hunters and all that," he says. "And we may even have to leave this world if it gets worse. Maybe head to Aeriwen."

We're not sure, but we think someone rigged a bomb of some sort, it mostly self-destructed but from the few remains we found, it looks like it could have been made in Aidana. They're probably the only ones with the capability of building that, but why?" she looks thoughtful. "My team and I are investigating these attacks, but we haven't been able to track down who's behind all of this. I'm Rachelle, by the way." She looks at you expectantly.
