Amara sighed and looked at him, "Honestly, I know it's awful being sent down here but think about it this way, if you hadn't... Akami wouldn't be here, this amazing city wouldn't exist! You wouldn't have met Izumi and I know it's a bit mean to say this but hey you still have your magic, your bow, a family! Whereas I have had nothing for a long time. So, can we not ruin this happiness please." Amara stopped talking wondering if she'd pushed to deep into memories so she said "Alright, I probably shouldn't have said that... so I'm just gonna shut up and get a bow." Amara awkwardly walked over to the bow stand.

Akami started for the Bow rack.
"Oh no you don't young woman." Eladain said, not even looking up.
"Awwww, why not?" Akami whined.
"Because you don't know how to use one." Eladain said.
"I do to! You pull it back, then release!" Akami said, pulling a light-blue coloured bow off the rack and releasing it. The arrow soared over their heads, and stuck into the wall. Ice started to form around the arrow's shaft.
Eladain facepalmed.
"That's how you use a human-made bow. Angel-made bows are more powerful and dangerous. They must be treated with caution." Eladain said, grabbing a small birch bow off the rack. The tip of it's arrows were heart-shaped.
I swear, I've seen this somewhere. Akami thought.
"This belonged to a cherub, it's not dangerous, and it's arrows are only dangerous to the wicked of heart." he said, passing her the bow.
"Okay, please tell me you know how to use Angel Bows?" Eladain said pleadingly to Amara.

Amara scoffed, "Of course I do! I used to be an angel you know." Amara picked up a bow and stepped back, into the range of a target.

"Fine. Whatever." Eladain said shrugging. "Would her highness like me to wear a blindfold to make it fair for her?"

Amara glared at Eladain, "You really know how to make a woman angry! I doubt I win but I'd rather see how far I get." She smirked turning her attention back to the target.

Eladain strung his bow with lightning speed. The arrow flew through the air, and hit its target with direct precision. He proceeded to do this again and again.
Hitting the target wasn't his intention. He had made a picture of Amara sticking out her tongue with arrows.

Amara literally hissed at him. "If you're not going to be serious than neither am I!" Amara released the arrows into the wall to form Eladain with a stupid hairstyle.

"Serious? I'll show you serious!" Eladain said, pulling the blindfold over his eyes. He strunk three arrows onto his bow, spun around five times, and released. The three arrows split the bull's-eye.
Eladain took off his blindfold and smiled playfully. "Serious enough for you?" he asked. "I was made an Archangel for a reason, you know."

"Eh! I never really got the point of archangels I preferred to watch over humans physically and just hang around." She grinned at him, "Plus yeah you can do all of that but really, isn't the art archery much better?" She asked looking at him while she released some arrows to form a unicorn shape. "Man I just wasted a load of arrows!" She laughed.

"I guess... I dunno anymore." Eladain said, his brow furrowed in confusion. "If Izumi were here, she'd say that I need to eat more. It messes with your memory, you see." he said, imitating her high-pitched voice.
He smiled sadly to himself. "I just don't know anymore." he laid down his quiver, which was still full of arrows. They had returned back to their quiver.
