Nicote glared at him. "I am perfectly fine. Pay attention to who's not freaking out, will you?"

Lishian snorted. "Nic is just relaly grumpy from lack of sleep and extreme sunlight."

"Lishian...."

Lishian jsut smirked.

"Also, I am technically 65." Nicote told the third boy.

Reuvan let go of his tentative grip, still shaking. "The flow of magic here..." he said, voice cracking, little black feathers dotting his hairline and pupils sharpening. He shook his head, not finishing his sentence. He needed to get away from here. Forget these people, he could take care of himself. Somebody poked him with their magic, a soothing breeze of calm. He snapped.

"Don't touch me." He spat glaring at the offending person. In the back of his mind he thought it sounded a little silly, afterall the guy wasn't actually touching him.

He spied an open hole in the canopy, mentally marking it as an escape route for the near future. Possibly right now depending.

Axel blinked. "I didn't say anything--?"

"Np one touched you. IRS called mental touching. And you need it. Quite obviously." Nicote said.

Tris was getting annoyed now. "Seriously, all you guys with your magic. You do realize how easily it could be taken away it's so easy to mess with it, and it's quite obvious this world doesn't have the capability to hold all of your magical ness so would you guys just stop using it."

Astra took a step away from Tris. She knew as well as he did that all it took was some dna poison and a couple of chemicals to lose a power and from the sound of Tris's voice he had almost given keeping up a nice persona.

"How'd you guys know I was...?" Axel asked. "And it's not magic. Just science that the feds are dying to figire out and get rid of."
