This was on a join.me when i had to fix my broken 'Miitomo app' account and thought deleting and redownloading would help, i forgot my password and stuff...so i went to the main site to fix it, spent a LONG time figure out why it won't let me change password...then good thing i was on stream...because these guys came to the rescue....
