" And what? You'll just attack me out of nowhere again? I don't think so. " She said, refusing to lay down. The truth was, he had really scared her. She really didn't like dogs, and they made her anxious. She was tired though, she sighed and gave up. At this point she didn't care. She flopped on her back, resting her hands on her sides. She felt like sleeping that instant. Prism quietly purred.

Silence chuckled at the words. "Alright, which one appeals to you the best?" She peered over Briar's shoulder at the lists, her eyes glinting slightly with excitement. She let out a small laugh, it sounded almost like a purr. "Those all seem like fun."

"We got the defending on the East border, we can take a private assassination job up there too. Kill that pig of a man who wants to smuggle this gold" she threw the notebook back to the old man, "I'll kick his******after the jobs done" her eyes seemed to have a small fire in them, she was very angry and didn't understand why anyone would want something like that.

"I'm with you." Silence said, her eyes narrowed as well as she nodded to the Old Man. "We'll be back soon. Both jobs will be done. Count on it being clean- no one will know it's us. Right, Briar?" She said, making sure the older girl had heard her.

"Ah, whatever. The assassination job is one of my personal own ones. I'll just pay the two of you to keep it quiet" she looked over her shoulder at the other pair that were hanging around, "And those two boys will be little angels, or else" Briar walked out, swaying her hips and hairs, "Toodles, come on, Silence" she headed out, licking her lips, "Lets go kill some Beetles gorgeous"

"Coming, 'gorgeous'." She mocked, marching after Briar with the same grace as a cat. She itched to break out into a sprint and change into her snow leopard form, but she couldn't, especially not if there was the possibility of the Beetles being anywhere are.

Anubis said nothing, but he did inch closer to her and rest his head on one of her arms, using it as a headrest. He could see that she was slightly scared of the canine family, and he wished that he could somehow help her get over that fear. Before anything else, he dropped off into a light sleep right there on her arm.

Prism was going to say something else, but looked over and saw he was asleep. She didnt realize he was that worn out. He was much like a dog, even while sleeping. She smiled gently. She put her other arm over her chest, and laid awake, just looking at the ceiling. She felt really tired, and fought to stay awake, but that never really worked out for her. She decided to maybe just close her eyes, and not sleep, and eventually she did fall asleep.
