There's a Transporter you can use to get to the local library, but it's a short walk and the weather is nice, so you decide to go on foot. As you take the five-minute walk to the library, you take in the scenery, the colorful buildings and street lamps burning with a flame that never goes out - the work of pyrokinesis.
