"i could do something about that" he says, hinting at...something. i'm not sure what though. "what do you mean?" i ask, leaning forward. he glances back towards one of the gazebo, where Angela and Gabriel are playing some sort of game with tiles and drinking champagne. "take this" he says, handing a emerald pendant to lily "i'll tell you later, for now, i need to go take something" he says, walking over to the two.

She held it in her palms for a second kinda confused, she then looked at her friend then back at the pendent, she didn't have any pockets she was still in the gown, "what's this for" she asked silently

"i don't know" i say, inspecting the thing "but Lucio wanted you to have it, so it must be important" i shrug "maybe put it on?" i suggest.

"but what if I explode or something" she says holding it "maybe there's more information in the books?" She suggested

"oh that's smart" i nod, glancing up at the room where the books are "i'm just going to sit here for a second before i go get those books because my feet hurt" i say, sighing. i've walked so much tonight, in heels no less. i just need a second.

She nodded "you can rest on my bed or I can go get the book it may take me a little longer but I can find it" she insisted so he wouldn't have to move

"would you mind getting them?" ask, looking embarrassed. "i promise i will pay you back i'm just kind of tired right now"

"no need" she smiled and headed to the library, she slipped inside to see huge and huge bookshelves covered in books, she tried to grab any book that involved jewels and crystals and jewelry, after a few hours she was sneezing from all the dusty books she was carrying

after awhile of waiting, lily finally returns, carrying with her a stack of old, dusty books. "i'll take the top half if you'll take the bottom half" i say, grimacing at the stack of books. "why does he have to have such a big library?" i groan, grabbing my half of the books.

"maybe he's a book nerd" she shrugs taking the bottom half and splitting them up on her bed ",okay let me know if you get something" she insisted opening a book of important jewelery "took me forever to find these books and there's way more if we don't find what we are looking for" she insisted
