Looking good so far! You do need to change some things, though. Their are abilities one the same post as the skills. Please consult those when choosing your abilities.
Additionally, you only used eight of your twelve skill points. You do not have to add the rest, but I would recommend using them!
You do need to add a personality. Its not as hard as it sounds! You can write a really simple personality with just a few descriptive words, but you'll want it as guideline for later!
Finally, the occupation Assassin is already taken, please chose another.

For my weapon, I'd like to use
EMEI PIERCERS: A long steel needle between 9 inches and 1 foot long, sharpened on both ends, with a ring for the index finger attached to the middle on one side. when worn, they can be easily concealed under a long sleeve and an outstretched palm., making them useful in discreet assassinations.
