Elynna drew her sword with her right hand, and loaded her crossbow with her left, shooting and slashing at the same time. Unfortunately, that meant that she wasn't the most accurate she could be. She lifted off, and shot a few more bolts, landing again to slash with her sword.

"Careful Starshine." NIcote stabed a flying thing aiming for Astra and offered a hand to help her up while hit fought with the other. Luckily he wasn't bad at fighting. Except he had daggers.

Erwen remembered he had a sword just in time to whack the two that had followed him out of the air.
"Should I go back and rescue someone else?" he asked Lishian. "I'm kinda tired already though. "

"I want to say yes but you shouldn't use too much magic and energy. We need that energy, we don't even have foo or water or anything. You saw wahathappneed to that girl. Also, where are we?" Lishian asked.

Astra pushed herself up. "Thanks Nic but you have daggers, in both hands." She said. "We need to get Tris out of here, he's more destruction than he is help."

Tris did an excellent job of proving this point by accidentally bringing a couple of monsters toward Dr. Xenon's hiding location.

Elynna cursed in Eskuri, realizing that she didn't have many more bolts, and she couldn't exactly make any more right now. Reattaching it to her armour, she blasted fire at the shriekfangs.
"Don't blame me if I burn down the whole forest!" She called, shooting some more flames at a few more.

(I hate Tris so much right now lol.)

Dr. Xenon noticed the advancement of the monsters towards his location. "Trevor, help!" he cried before stopping time.

He was able to hold himself in the stopped time long enough for him to climb up a tree. He returned his time back to normal shortly before passing out. (whelp, now Trevor has to defend his sleeping friend.)

Trevor ran towards the location of Dr. Xenon's cry. Holding his knife more steadily, he began to fight the monsters.

"You. Will. Not. Take. My. Friend," he growled between clenched teeth, slicing them with his knife. He felt their claws dig into his skin, but he knew he, too, was cutting into their skin.

"Tris. Stop moving." Jicote sighed. He threw his fire blade and let it fly back to him. Because that's what it did. It cut one or two down.
