You could hear quite a dim coming from down the street to the left. You could pick out a few individual, louder, voices.
"Over here, best purifiers you'll ever buy!"
"Ladies, right this way for the most gorgeous dresses in all the land!"
"Wisdom of Time. Best books this side of the river!"
"I-I know where one of h-his warehouses is. It's where he stores his black market goods." She flinched under your gaze, but held it. Her eyes shone with fear, but you could see a fire of smoldering hatred within her amber irises. You seemed to embolden her to show her anger.
Astraeus nodded, observing the girl very carefully, looking at her clothes and skin, trying to determine what she did. As she did this, she questioned her a bit. "Let us not hurry into attack. Anger can blind." She warned, holding up a hand. "Do you know how powerful this person is? How many henchmen?"
He grinned enthusiastically, clearly happy to talk about his work. *Actually, it is mostly lovey-doves stuff as one might call it. I create wedding bonds and sentimental jewelry. For example,* he showed you a small display of Auburn-colored jewels that seemed to pulsate. *If someone has a loved one who was born during Lava-Flow, they might request that months birthstone to be put into a piece of jewelry. These Lava-Stones are especially treasured as romantic gifts or on wedding bonds. As are most of the jewels I sell.* he spoke rather quickly and with great excitement, as if most people generally never asked him about his work.
(Culture tidbits: Lava-Flow is a time of their year when the seasonal lava flow above the caverns flows and floods the caverns with a fiery hue. Wedding bonds: similar to wedding rings, though they take many forms here. Lava-Stones: represent a lovers ever-burning love, birthstone for those born during Lava-Flow)
Hollys ears perked up for a moment under her hood as he talked but she quickly corrected them hoping he was too excited to notice. " Thats So cool! and quite romantic " she said her green eyes sparkling with excitement as he spoke.
((Wanders off to find the terrible map she drew of the city))
You walk past a tall stoic building, with large holes in what seemed to be a pattern. You could see cars on the first level of the gray stone platform. Father ahead the great road went past what looked like a strange tower, decorated randomly with plants and furniture on small balconies. To the left of the tower, closer to you, was a small dwelling that looked to be some sort of shop.
Alec took interest in the shop and enters it.

The woman nodded, voice coming to your ears in that watery way, *Yes, child. You need to find the pieces of the mirror, and they are scattered. When you find one piece, you will come back and find another.*

You entered the market, passing several stands. In one an elderly woman sold clothing, in the next a young woman laughed with a young jewelr. The woman caught your eyes for some reason, but you were not sure why. A couple stalls down was a small impromptu shop with a sign that read The Merchant Defense. A sour-looking man sat our front, adorned with a grizzled blue beard. It seemed promising for weapons.
(If you chose to see the woman, you may enter into multiplayer. Otherwise you will still be in single-player)

Bandit hid a bit abashedly behind you leg as you push open the swinging door. The small shop is filled with the scents of warmth and good food. There is a currently empty counter to your left and a half-dozen small two-chair tables filling the rest of the space.

He blushed a tad, the pinkish hue accentuated on his shimmering skin. *Heh, some call me a hopeless romantic, which I kinda am.* He chuckled at bit at himself and his blush vanished. *I was born during Star-Shine, so Star-Stones are clearly my favorite. I am very biased.* he pulled out a small basket of twinkling jewels that seemed to be black as night but also shining in a glimmering light.
(Star-Shine: a short time of the year when the light from above comes through in scattered intervals, appearing like to twinkling if stars. Star-Stones: romantic purpose: used to show how beautiful and inspiring you think another person is) (Making up these culture tidbits is really fun! XD)
(Also, are you open to going into multiplayer? Because you could right now, if you want to)

She stopped, looking at the lady. I see something about her. She told her companion.

(*goes to ask the other person if they want to do multiplayer*)
Darla glanced at the woman, who is talking with the young man about jewels. He is showing her something you cannot quite make out. Darla stiffened slightly. *That girl, she different, like you. But not like you. Very confused.* The liothysts ears flattened in a look of confusion.
