(Forgot to ping you. Last post I made.)

Tris's mind was racing, he could see that his current action was semi working, the creatures that chased him ended up near Trevor or the other girl so he was safe for now. But then he also knew his adrenaline and stamina couldn't keep up much longer. He was fine with using Trevor and elynna as shields, he just had to figure out to do it without making them want to kill him instead.

(Well, Trevor ain't gonna kill Tris, Dr. Xenon is asleep in a tree. So, Tris is safe from my people.)

Trevor knew he couldn't last very much longer. He continue to slice and cut the nearby beasts, as a good majority of them attacking him and the other girl surrounded him. They were going to defeat him. He needed an escape plan, so he began to think...

"Lean on the tree," Elynna advised. "Put the weight on your uninjured leg. I've got your back."
She continued to either burn or stab the shriekfangs.

(ahhh nice nice, I think this gives Tris even more time to flail like a startled chicken. xD)

Tris had a brilliant idea. Why not hide behind the sleeping Xenon. I mean he would obviously make much easier prey. All he had to do was wait it out, and while they were busy attack Xenon, he would have time to bolt. Tris had to stop himself from writing a poem about his amazing smarts. Run first, make a haiku later. He thought to himself.

"Me, me, me." tris cried. Even though he was probably the least injured one. "Get me out of here already. I'm not a fighter. I am obviously the most wounded one here."

Trevor did as he was told: he leaned on the tree Dr. Xenon was sleeping on, then continued to fight. He felt one of the creatures bite the elbow of his knife arm, so he switched to his right. Then, he noticed Tris heading towards the tree. He looked up at Dr. Xenon.

A shriekfang, or whatever they were called, was already extremely close to Dr. Xenon. Trevor telepathically threw a peddle at it, distracting it and causing it to jump down and join the pack, but he noticed some more waiting a decent distance away, about where Dr. Xenon would fall if he were to fall.

"Hey!" he shouted. "Some are closeish to Xenon's fall spot."

"Bring Lishian back next time you trip, he can fight unlike that guy!" Nicote yelled at Erwen.

Trevor wanted to shout, but he heard Tris first, so he stayed quiet. Best if someone would heal before me. I'm not that important.
