It's freezing even through your thick blanket when you wake up late morning. You think you catch a whiff of a sea breeze, smelling of salt, but it's gone in an instant. Must have been your imagination, because you don't get gentle breezes around here, only violent winds.


I take a minute or two to let the fogginess of sleepwear off before getting up to get dressed in the warmest clothing I had. With that whiff of sea breeze I decided today would be the day I left. I had to get ready to go!

The world goes black and you feel like you're falling into a bottomless pit, before you find yourself on solid ground a few yards away from where you intended. Good enough.
You don't have water to bathe her at the moment.

I decide to bathe her later, once we were both full and I can get some water. I set her on the ground, and walk to my house. I climb inside, wondering if I had anything that I could use to cook the rabbit with.

You search your closet and throw on several layers of wooly coats. Sticking your head out the door, you see that neither of your parents are in sight. They probably went out to do something while you were sleeping.


I frown. I had wanted to say goodbye, but I wasn't keen on waiting longer than it took me to get ready. I decided i'd give them until I had my backpack packed. I would need supplies after all. Food, water etc.

Your house is small and unsophisticated, but cozy. You don't have any fire starting things inside as it's made of wood, but you could ask one of the people below if you can share their cooking fires.

I climb back down and approach someone I know. I had left Mist in the house, so that she wouldnt gobble up everyone's meat.

I look over at him and nod "Goun' t' th' sea" (going to the sea) as I root around for a sleeping bag of sorts
