She's what most would say the bull headed woman type willing to totally go into danger/trouble.Most of the time.Once you kinda get to know her you find out that's her playful side.She can be serious and goes kinda dark and scary.She takes on a regal personality being very commanding when she wants.But when she's alone she realizes that the other two that people see her as are just mask...and she'll softly cry herself to sleep

Backstory:
Her parents were a Duke and A Dutchess.One was a Water Elemental with Vibrant blue eyes(Her father) and her mother had Gold eyes.When she was born she had brilliant blue eyes like her father but as shen got older one turned a golden hue.Her parents had her hide her eye saying it was just pinkeye or a scar they wanted to hide.Eventually they sent her away to a orphanage,just to get rid of her.They told everyone that she had died from a fever.She didn't remember much from her younger years,but the orphanage wasn't awful for her.Many kids bullied her and beat her up.She learned to fight back and disappeared from the orphanage to live on the streets when she was 15.(So she spent 10 years at the orphanage).She made a small living selling herbal remidies that she came up with.Earnin her the title of A witch.She earned her title of a Siren when a nobleman saw her and sought her hand,she lied about her eye and hid it.He tried to 'assault' her and she fought back killing him.She does tell it a lot more romantically tho.Recently she's been finding other outcast and taking in some younger ones.She keeps them separated in smaller groups as to no incite any rumors of a rebellion(Even tho one is most likely going to happen)

He's pretty shy as most goes but probably knows wayyy to much.Liek how he's adopted and such.And being one of the youngest.But once you get to know him and get pretty close to him you'll find out many things he's kept hidden.He should probaly be super close to a certain sibling...so they choose.

Defitly a Fire Elementist his fire mainly turns into animalistic shapes tho
He was adopted since a normal family had them,somewhere in their line they must've had a dormant red eyes gene...or royalty

Terci is accepted! Just know that all irregulars not serving the nobility are being hunted for as they are breaking the law. She'll have her hands full hiding all those outcasts hehe

It should be fixed now. By Heath do you mean Hester? If you do, he's missing a non-optional section. Aside from that, we already have a 15yo prince who is a 6th child at least. How do you suggest we work him into that?
As for Terci, uhh..
-Animation (making inanimate objects appear alive for a short period of time)
-Invisibility
-Illusions
-Electricity
-Night vision
-Power negation (able to block others' powers)
-Portal creation (able to create portals that can teleport people anywhere)
perhaps one of these?
