Since the beginning of the history of the Chromas Empire, eye color
has been the cause of both great power and great strife. The color of one's eye determines their supernatural ability as well as their status in society.

Those with brown eyes have no supernatural powers whatsoever. They make up the bulk of society and are low or middle class citizens.

Those with blue, green, silver and red eyes are much rarer and are able to control one of the four elements: water, earth, air and fire. They are highly respected and are generally nobility or royalty.

|Blue = hydrokinesis
|Green = geokinesis (controls rocks, dirt, minerals. With mastery, may control refined metals.)
|Silver = aerokinesis
|Red = pyrokinesis

Those with any other eye color or heterochromia are extremely rare. Their powers are wildly different and unique, but usually less powerful than a regular elemental. They are oppressed and forced to become servants of the nobility, treated as commodities and laughed at by those in power. They are sick and tired of the mistreatment and are planning to fight for their equality, though they haven't organized anything yet... *wink wink nudge nudge*

-This takes place in the late medieval era. So no cell phones or new developments/technology.

She works hard at everything she does and has rapidly improved her abilities to the point that she is one of the most powerful red-eyes of her generation. Astrana is shy and bashful and prefers to stay in the shadows. She tries to avoid attention so if she is doing something, she will try to stay as an average person even if she has the potential to do it better.

She is very slow at becoming angry and if she does, the explosion is quick. She is very submissive and will take the jabs thrown at her without showing the pain it causes her.

She is very good with animals, and on the farm when she is having an especially bad day, she will hide out with farm animals or birds and tell of her sufferings to them.

She isnt very trusting as the only person who hasnt betrayed her yet was her brother. If one does get on her trusting side, they soon find out she is very competitive and is not afraid to speak out in what she believes in.

He is stubborn and headstrong and will not take no for an answer. He is also rebellious so if you tell him one thing, he will try and do something else. He is also wary of those around him. He loves his sister and anyone else he likes and is very protective of them.
He also wears a good mask, as that may be his actual personality, but he wears a mask of perfection and kindness.
