Auri beams at him, "Yes sir! May God be with you!" She then begins singing the longest sweetest hymn that she knows, making sure to sing a bit louder, trying to make a bit more money this way before she has to try something else. She like to avoid stealing if she can, at least if she doesn't have a distraction. Her mother had the most beautiful voice and would sing for crowds while Auri picked their pockets, but Auri can't do both at once, so she tries to make money with tips.

Auri curtsies and nods her thanks with a smile. She quickly pockets the money and decides to try it again tomorrow. For now, she needs to probably find a good place to make her home for the next few weeks or months until she can find better lodging, so she wanders around looking for hidden alcoves or low roofs where she can climb up and make a shelter next to the chimney to keep warm at night. sleeping next to chimneys was always her favorite.
