It's a Chinese martial art that focuses on finding one's inner peace. It involves slow breathing and slow hand movements. It's really calming actually.

When I learned stage combat Light Saber, we did this play/performance type thing and every morning, to get into the Jedi Mindset, we'd recite the Jedi Code and do some Tai Chi. That was about 2 years ago and I still remember the routine. I was the villain btw. I usually get a villain role for some reason.
